Add call to determine area extents for one table and add new information for flights in 12N
Use the -t auto option to import raster data.
Calculate the CBRFC zone buffer on the fly again that crops the target raster.
Only return SWE values for zones that have at least 95% coverage. This also switches the core logic to use raster stats instead of converting to a centroid.
Change the logic to query zones from the DB instead of the iSnobal topo files.
