General update to work with current dependencies and BCI2000. Improved theme (including dark mode). Added optional capability to create paradigms through a form or modify system states (status, participant name, amplifier).
TODO: still need to update data infrastructure to use the new SignalSharing (https://www.bci2000.org/mediawiki/index.php/User_Reference:SignalSharing) pipeline we have.
