This is a start @ejeschke but it still needs some work. But I was thinking about it, and there are probable a number of things in the pyspectrograph class that could be done better in the classes to make it easier |

This is an initial pull request to add a subaru ircs model. It still needs some substantial work (as in it doesn't appear to be working yet), but I wanted to get another example up
