- Stores the selected thumb field in a new `thumbFieldKey` property on field layouts - Simplifies card preview config. Now changes are immediately set to the field layout config and submitted as part of the main config post data - Adds a migration to ensure `cardView` and `thumbFieldKey` values are set properly
