Bring Token SDK up to Corda 4.5 as a first step, Moving onwards to Corda 4.6, 4.7 and 4.8 looks more problematic, and so will be done separately.
Also apply the
org.jetbrains.kotlin.plugin.allopenplugin to the CorDapps to ensure that all JPA entities are non-final, i.e. can be proxied, and fix build errors due tomoneybeing refactored.This PR is descoped until someone decides to take ownership of the
token-sdkrepository again.
