Changes

This PR upgrades the project to require PHP 8.4.

✅ Update PHP requirement from >=8.0 to >=8.4 in composer.json
✅ Remove composer.lock for regeneration with PHP 8.4
⏳ TODO: Update GitHub Actions workflow to use PHP 8.4 and v4 actions
