Status of the package so far doesn't compile. The vignette uses persLoc and persCycle calculated in dionysusUtils.h which I haven't gotten to implementing fully yet with Dionysus2. The Bottleneck distance can be calculated with hera but the Wasserstein cannot in C++11. In tdautils I made several copies of rips but the primary two in use are ripsD2Arbit.h and ripsD2L2.h. Most significant function changes are in typecastUtils.h and dionysus2Utils.h.
