Purpose of this pull request

This pull request adds a new "How it all works together" page to the Essentials section and updates the architecture documentation. The new page explains how Adobe Commerce Core, Commerce Services, Optimizer, and Storefront components work together in the Adobe Commerce ecosystem, with Mermaid diagrams illustrating the relationships.

Resolve merge conflict in architecture.mdx by keeping local version with
comprehensive mermaid diagrams, B2B drop-ins, and backend options comparison.
Restore howitallworks.mdx and fix duplicate sidebar entry.
