Handle refcache inflection; requiring of refcache and client
We need the newly added value_type parameters to support a single all-in-one cache
This method needs to be used by both TermSearchable and the Cacheable module that will be added next.
This is so it will be usable in both TermSearchable and the forthcoming Cacheable modules, as well as anywhere else we apply this logic that we find later.
