P1 Badge Update vendored node_modules with bumped versions

This change bumps express and body-parser only in the manifests, but this repo also commits node_modules; at this commit, the vendored runtime artifacts are still old (express@4.17.1 and body-parser@1.19.0), so anyone running from source without a fresh install still executes the vulnerable code and gets a manifest/runtime mismatch. Please update the vendored dependencies in the same change (or stop committing node_modules) so the security fix is actually applied in checked-out builds.
