Update package-lock.json to actually apply nodemon 2.0.0
This change bumps nodemon in package.json, but package-lock.json still pins nodemon to 1.19.4 (see the existing lockfile entry). In environments that install with the lockfile (typical npm CI installs), the resolved version will remain 1.19.4, so the intended security upgrade won’t take effect. This is especially relevant if CI or production uses npm ci/npm install with the lockfile present.
