Update package-lock to match new dependency versions

The dependency versions were bumped here, but package-lock.json still pins body-parser to 1.19.0 and express to 4.17.1 (see the existing lockfile entries). Any install that honors the lockfile will continue to resolve the old, vulnerable versions, so this change won’t actually deliver the security fix until the lockfile is regenerated and committed.
