on the tickets page, clear's styling would break when there was a small amount of % in a group. This addresses that and should fix that

fixes #36, on the tickets page, clear's styling would break when there was a small amount of % in a group. This addresses that and should fix that.
staff % has been moved to the numbers section, as that number is often extremely small, so including it does not make sense
