About the pull request
Makes the barrel charger available again on req supply packs, req vendors, CO vendor, squad prep vendors and removes the wielding delay from the extended barrel.
Explain why it's good for the game
The removal of the barrel charger was unnecessary, as was the extended barrel nerf. Note that I haven't changed the stats for the angled grip, its only pro remains making wielding faster.
