Hi @oree-xx Firstly, thank you for contributing again! This means alot. I'd like to point out that you should always put the status on the tracker to "In Progress" until your PR is merged to main, then, you can change to "Done" (In most cases, I do that too!). |

why not write the mailiing list properly? dev-subscribe@any23.apache.org?
It's common for people to write as you did when they don't want their text to be hyperlinked on the web. But for our case, we don't need that.

Hi @oree-xx
I'd like to argue that Beehive had a blog before they retired: https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/pages/viewrecentblogposts.action?key=BEEHIVE
It's on their wiki page. But if you have other premise to think this is not acceptable to define it a blog, I am happy to hear your opinion on it.

At a second look, the wiki blog has no content... maybe we should disregard it?

Yh they have no content but what is about the attic pages being mentioned on the slack?

Same condition with Beehive, they have a blog (not functioning right now or it's been wiped off its content).
I think I'd like to hear @Salkimmich and @geekygirldawn s' comments on this. Do we accept wiki pages as a blog?

At the second look, I am leaning towards regarding those wiki as no blog. Because nothing present on the wiki.

Now, it's looking like a trend: all retired projects seems to have dropped their public docs/blogs url.
How do we deal with these cases?

same condition for the retired projects. There are documentation menu(s) on their web but leads to no useful address.
