## CONDA INSTALLATION

_**Panseq**_ can optionally be installed from conda:

First install miniconda or anadaconda: https://conda.io/docs/install/quick.html

Add necessary conda channels:

> conda config --add channels bioconda
> conda config --add channels jamez-eh

Install_**Panseq**_ through conda:

> conda install panseq

_**Panseq**_ can now be accessed directly from the commandline:

> panseq <configuration_file.conf>
