Focused on bioinformatically deriving biomedical-relevant answers from public data in the population health field. I find some purpose in helping and mentoring others. Broadly, I aim to eloquently teach topics that are esoteric and under-taught.

Current projects

  1. Developing software for low resource peta-byte scale pangenomic analysis.
  2. Discovery and re-discovery of genomic and metabolomic biomarkers in case verse control studies.
  3. Teaching inclusive, equitable, and sustainable practices in scholarly knowledge management.
