Torcs source (1.3.5) so that it can be built on Mountain Lion 10.8 and Mavericks 10.9 using Xcode 5.0 and the latest OS X SDKs

The patch updates MacTorcs to enable it to patch the latest version of Torcs source (1.3.5) so that it can be built on Mountain Lion 10.8 and Mavericks 10.9 using Xcode 5.0 and the latest OS X SDKs.
