When either the Puppet Master is down, or for some reason it cannot connect to any of the nodes, the count will be 0. Which is bad. It should be critical.

When either the Puppet Master is down, or for some reason it cannot connect to any of the nodes, the count will be 0. Which is bad, It should probably be critical.
Also had a problem with the EXPIRATION variable having single quotes in it, this sed command fixed it.
