Hello, I think this PR could be interesting for a some people, like me, we've already updated to the OTP version 23 but we don't have the official docker image. Do you miss anything? Thank you |

I would also like to see this merged. There are improvements in OTP 23 and according to the compatibility, 1.10.3 onwards should be built with otp 23. |
