- Make ssd1306_twi_hook handle the Co bit and not keep an unncessary index. - Correct SSD1306_VIRT_SET_LINE command not to expect a parameter.
This sends the same commands and data as board_ssd1306 but using i2c instead of spi.

Could be have something that at least share some of the files? I really hate having duplicate copies of stuff, just because the transport changes |

This is a copy of the board_ssd1306 example using i2c instead of spi.
I also made some changes to the twi hook in ssd1306_virt and corrected the Set Line command according to the datasheet.
