Adds folia support.

Also this project has been replaced with this library https://github.com/broken1arrow/Utility-Library/tree/main/Menu%20Library

You can still choose to use only the menu part and it support 1.8.8 to 1.21. but not folia yet. The benefits is that it's much better built than this menu api.

Yes it still works on Paper and Spigot.
