This PR adds a KiDS-Legacy cosmic shear likelihood. The code is adapted from the previous KiDS-1000 likelihood, but it now runs out of the box within MontePython and does not require installing external codes (using pure python code for calculating COSEBIs from shear Cls from https://github.com/KiDS-WL/kcap/blob/v2/utils/bandpower_cosebis.py).
The likelihood uses COSEBIs as summary statistic, the fiducial scale cuts (2'<theta<300'), and the fiducial mass-dependent intrinsic alignment model (although I left the NLA model in there as an option). Contours inferred with this likelihood are in agreement with our fiducial CosmoSIS pipeline (see the CSL version and the pipelines published on the KiDS Website.
