Helm required a strict semver without a
vprefix. Unfortunately our Braintrust services currently release WITH avprefix. So there is a weird mismatch here that is an easy mistake to make when creating a release.This change makes both inputs tolerant so that you dont have to remember. If you include a
vin the helm version, it will strip it. If you forget avin the services version, it will add it.
