checkboxes and taxonomies were not saving properly after GF 1.9 update which changes $fields to be an object instead of associate array. version bump.

Important note: Because of this significant change in Gravity Forms, the fix I committed now REQUIRES Gravity Forms 1.9+. It is probably possible to have an extra check in the code for the $fields object before each loop to properly account for older versions of Gravity Forms. Just an FYI. |

This seems to have fixed problems that I was having after updating Gravity Forms to 1.9.x although I suspect there are still some issues. +1 for this solution. |

version bump. updated "Tested up to" was outdated. didn't change stable tag.
