Backports gql-dart#653 onto the ferry_generator-v0.14.0-dev.2 line so projects stuck on ferry_generator 0.14.0-dev.2 can use build/build_runner versions that require build ^4.0.0.
Note: this is on a fork for git-dependency consumption until upstream publishes a new dev release.
