Modify the structure of the 3.13 XCframeworks to match the format from 3.14+ XCframeworks:

  • A shared standard library
  • A per-architecture lib folder for each slice to hold lib-dynload and config files
  • A symlinked libpython3.X.dylib
  • A utils folder with shared build scripts.
