The simulation output files contained a lot of unnecessary data that was likely used for debugging, so I've commented out those additions. The output should now be much smaller, with the only debugging-type info being from the orchestrator. I've also moved the csv files to their own folder.
This version was built assuming that #3 is already merged, so please review that PR first.
