update: add dUSD to balancer tokenlist

This list applies only to Ethereum mainnet. In order to manage Polygon lists from this repository, we need to merge some version of #357. @TomAFrench, how have you been managing the Polygon list in the meantime? I'd like to be able to add to it without imposing on you every time.

This has been a manual process where I generate the tokenlist locally and push to my own fleek account. There's no way for others to update this list without going through me barring updating the frontend to point at a completely fresh url.

So what should we do in order to get this out? The dHedge team have been waiting for a long time for this change.
