Cool Custom Commands

Seeing as this wiki is open, I allowed myself in - yay! I would advocate this page be a list gist links that can be added to backtick as custom commands (searching gist for backtick currently returns irrelevant results). I've added some from the HN post; and, hopefully, you guys can help me maintain it and maybe even bring in some of these into backtick.
