feat: Display video metadata in UI

Added video metadata extraction using yt-dlp. Displayed metadata (FPS, Resolution, Duration, View Count, Upload Date, File Size, Codec) in an expander below the URL input. Replaced subprocess-based language detection with integrated metadata fetching.
