We've now gotten build issues due to upgrading the Rust compiler a couple of times. This cron job should hopefully fix that, by building on beta, giving us a ~6 week warning before Shuttle will start failing to build.
The job should open an issue on failure. If an issue already exists (for instance if the issue isn't fixed by the next time the cron job runs) then it will not open a new issue, and will instead leave a comment (see: https://github.com/jayqi/failed-build-issue-action/blob/main/action.yml)
