This is exactly as in
lazy_static.Not fully sure why it is
pub used inlazy_static. I ran into it because of a compilation failure due to someone importinglazy_static::__Deref.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution is made under the terms of the Apache 2.0 license.
