fix: windows installer issue

The installer is unable to write files because it does not have access and we can also modify .nsi script as per oclif documentation, as mentioned here https://oclif.io/docs/nsis-installer_customization/ . I am yet to test this as my dev environment does not have the libraries to create windows installer. Will be setting it up and conducting the tests soon.
