Este PR adiciona um workflow do GitHub Actions que aplica automaticamente a label
releaseem pull requests que alterarem a versão nopom.xml.A lógica foi baseada na própria versão definida no
pom.xml, já que qualquer nova versão do SDK deve obrigatoriamente alterar esse campo. Além disso, o workflow de criação de release também utiliza essa mesma versão como referência, garantindo consistência no processo de versionamento.Foi testado se a alteração da version do pom adiciona a label via 68e6736
