Checks if an item is junk.

If you have any of the following mods installed it will use their definitions of "junk";

• SellJunk
• Scrap

If you have none of the above mods installed then it will just check for poor quality items, in which case you'd be better of just using either the internal trash category or the quality rule function instead.

Soulbound toys, recipes, or equipment, that you cannot use, are typically categorised as junk as well
