Summary

Fix pulldown-cmark 0.13 API changes in markdown renderer (critical --all-features build fix)
Update TUI docs to reflect correct quit shortcuts (q/Ctrl+C, not Ctrl+D)
Wire GardenView into dashboard layout (was using GardenHealth placeholder)
Remove empty cli.rs file

Test plan

cargo build --all-features compiles
cargo test --all-features passes (100 tests)
cargo clippy --all-features has no warnings
