This PR addresses most of the todos left in the source code from last year, including:

  • adding variable-length counter support for all compressors
  • adding composable adders for Versal compressors
  • adding ternary and quaternary terminal adders for 7-Series and Versal compressors
  • extending accumulators with different operand bit-widths and pipelining
