Rationale for this change
The shim module name is always
spark-extension-shims-sparkacross all supported Spark versions, making the ${shimPkg} variable unnecessary. Replace it with the fixed name in the parent POM and assembly module, and remove the unused property definitions from profiles. This resolves the "Module '${shimPkg}' not found" error during initial project import in IDEs.What changes are included in this PR?
