因為跟91約面試上網搜尋了一下找到這邊
所以手癢練習了一下
雖然題目已經過期
不過我還是加了一點自己的想法如下:

將低DB 負載 Exec Cost Score
重構 Queue 泛行化更加通用
改用介面IHostedService
改ConcurrentQueue替代blockingcollection測試
