This change refactors the processQueue function in js/onchain.js to improve the reliability and efficiency of the transaction submission process. It removes the custom nonce management logic, which was a source of errors, and now relies on the NonceManager from ethers.js to handle nonces automatically. Additionally, it correctly parallelizes the web3.storage upload and blockchain transaction using Promise.all, ensuring that both operations run concurrently. Finally, it removes unused variables to improve code hygiene.
