I identified a potential vulnerability in a clone function mz_path_has_slash() in
aios/apps/facility/build_service/build_service/third_party/minizip/mz_os.csourced from zlib-ng/minizip-ng. This issue, originally reported in CVE-2023-48107, was resolved in the repository via this commit zlib-ng/minizip-ng@3417608.This PR applies the corresponding patch to fix the vulnerability in this codebase.
