Reduced trusted repositories
Currently we're registering maven central, google and gradle plugin portal repositories in an attempt to simplify plugin consumption, however this blurs the lines in terms of this plugin scope and responsibilities. For this reason, this PR removes both maven central and google repositories from registration. We're keeping gradle plugin portal repository registration for now since plugin itself depends on it.
