…e availability - Updated content copying logic to check for a template-specific content folder before falling back to default content. - Added logging to indicate when template content is being used instead of default content. This change improves the flexibility of the setup process for different templates.

Purpose of this pull request:
When using a custom template that has its own content folder,
don't copy the default content (docs, legal, etc.) - only use the template's content.
Templates without a content folder still get the default content as fallback.
