The .lua file should be set up and called in the bootstrap properly, but I didn't add it to the Lib file, so I know it's not fully set up.

Add new statuses to track if the target has moved out of the area since the spell was cast or moved onto them, if the target has moved since being damaged, and if they've been force moved.

Update spells to add initial cast status where necessary. Also added alignment restriction to Spirit Guardians.
Add statuses to track initial placement and whether or not the target has moved out of the area of Guardian of Faith.
Add RAW_Spells_OnApplyAndOnTurn.lua to required lua files.

Add RAW_Spells_OnApplyAndOnTurn() call to Osiris Registration.
Add higher level Spirit Guardians auras for compatibility with Expansion et al.

By the way, this uses persistent variables, but it would probably be better to use mod variables, I have just personally had no luck with those and persistent variables were easy to set up.

I just realized I may have mistakenly removed the stack IDs...

edit: at a glance it does not look like I did, but I realized that I thought it stacked from different sources, and wasn't sure if that affected anything I did here.
