Fix indentation issues causing template errors (why does github not let me preview templates before committing aaa)
This is getting mildly ridiculous.

I'm not sure if we'd want to have Language Request - we generally can't do much with those, other than tell people to see if anybody's willing to contribute that particular language. I'd probably change that to language coordination issue or something like that? |

I'm open to suggestions for other templates, but I believe this should be good as-is for now.
