This PR introduces several micro-UX and accessibility improvements:

  1. Table Sorting Accessibility: Table headers now have role="button", tabindex="0", and aria-label. They support keyboard navigation (Enter/Space) and provide screen reader feedback via aria-sort.
  2. Search Clear Button: The global search input now features a "Clear" button that appears when text is entered, allowing for quick reset of filters.
  3. HTML Fix: Corrected a mismatched </button> tag in the sidebar's QuickScan trigger, improving HTML semantics and accessibility tree integrity.

The changes were applied surgically to maintain a small diff (< 50 lines) despite mixed line endings in the source files.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8708613084228931760 started by @Woschj

- Added keyboard accessibility and ARIA support for table sorting in `list_base.html`.
- Added a "Clear" button to the search input in `list_base.html` for better UX.
- Fixed a pre-existing HTML tag mismatch for `quickScanTrigger` in `base.html`.
- Used surgical fixes to minimize diff noise in mixed line ending environment.
