This enhancement adds a dedicated feedback row to tables in `list_base.html` that appears when search or filter criteria yield no results. Key improvements: - Added `#noResultsRow` to `shared/list_base.html` with a clear, accessible message. - Updated search logic in `list_base.html` to toggle the feedback row. - Updated `table-functions.js` to support the feedback row and ensure it's excluded from data iteration loops. - Used robust `style.display` management to ensure visibility regardless of CSS conflicts. ♿ Accessibility: Informs screen reader and visual users when a search returns no results, avoiding a confusing "empty void" state.
