This change improves the accessibility and keyboard navigability of the QuickScan modal. Specifically, it transforms the static "Item" and "Worker" cards into focusable, interactive elements that can be activated via the keyboard (Enter/Space), following established accessibility patterns in the codebase. Visual focus indicators were also added to ensure clear feedback for keyboard users.
