Description

This is a part of migration gutenberg-mobile to gutenberg repo. In this PR I change the name of react-native-gutenberg-bridge to @wordpress/react-native-bridge since we don't want to have a package with the name that includes gutenberg in it.

How has this been tested?

There is nothing to change at this stage
